Beth Preddy created Foodie Camp for client Naples Originals, an organization of local, independent restaurants. Foodie Camp is a two-week fund-raising series of hands-on, chef-led cooking classes in top restaurants, led by Naples’ celebrity chefs and including a tasting and wine. The highly successful event sold out for five years and donated more than $60,000 to local nonprofits. Plans are underway for another Camp in 2022.
